The GT Group was formed in 2003 and has since been dedicated to assisting the construction and manufacturing industries develop, incorporate and profit from a fully monitored safety and healthy living program. From the most appropriate and efficient methods to the outstanding line of products and services offered, the GT Group sets itself apart from a conventional approach and has witnessed substantial positive results from doing so.

The GT Group is a Manitoba based firm with offices in Winnipeg and East Selkirk serving rural areas in its home province. Satellite offices in Edmonton and Vancouver have opened our eyes and exposed the group to new and innovative ideas.
In comparison to our "competition", it has been difficult to identify one company alone which offers and delivers all services and products the GT Group does on a daily basis. We have the resources of a Director who has spent sixteen years in the commercial building trade, mentored under superior management who currently direct a company in the 50 best managed companiesí category of Canada. His calm and decisive manner and experience has facilitated an increased the size of the GT Group by 80%; measured in clientele and internal personnel numbers within the past 3 years. The field operations manager brings a positive and enthusiastic approach to all field operations and boasts a strong ability to lead. His relentless approach to identifying hazards and educating through jobsite inspections and meetings has furthered many safety programs in the construction and manufacturing industries. Our office staff is among the most organized and sympathetic to our valued clientsí workers in the advocacy field; the staff handles all injured worker claims and stops at nothing to gain positive results from any re hab plan designed by our in house Physio-therapist diagnostic team. They work closely with WCB insures from all regions and are diligent in their pursuit of perfection. The GT Group staff files all results and correspondence and makes available statistical information for various types of presentation accommodating all project submittals and litigation regarding workplace law. The inspection team is among the most knowledgeable in the field and is determined at all times to help prevent incidents and work stoppages by incorporating plans that are practical and efficient. The head of inspections is constantly researching and recommending innovative ways to combat injuries in the workplace.

As workplace law enforcement officials become more diligent in their approach to non-compliance in the building trades, both commercial & residential and manufacturing, the GT Group has evolved and grown to overcome all obstacles regarding written task procedures and job planning which now must contain a plan to "work safe".
